About a week ago on 19th of June 2026, I started my weight loss journey with my first injection of the weight loss drug Mounjaro. The usual "ramp up dosage" is 2.5mg and it is administered via a "Kwikpen", which is basically like a pen syringe that holds all 4 doses for a full month. Here's where I come from, what I did before starting on MJ and what the overall plan is.
